Scott Hoberg is an associate with Dever Legal Services. Scott’s areas of practice include criminal, family, and civil law, with a concentration towards debtor’s rights. In 2011, as an employee for Dever Legal Services, Scott co-wrote a comprehensive manual on Ohio foreclosure defenses.

After graduating from St. Xavier High School in Cincinnati, Scott attended Fordham University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2008. Scott then returned to Cincinnati where he graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2011.  In law school, Scott served as a Public Interest Fellow for the City of Cincinnati and the Office of the Governor of Ohio. During this time, Scott completed an externship at the National Labor Relations Board and served as a Legislative Aide for Cincinnati City Council.

Scott is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio and a member of the Cincinnati and Clermont County Bar Associations as well as the Ohio State Bar Association.
